At Dexari, we believe users should have full control over their accounts—including the ability to delete them if they choose. If you want to delete your Dexari account, the process is simple. Below, we outline the steps and important considerations before proceeding.

Before You Delete Your Account

Before moving forward, please keep the following in mind:

  • Account deletion is permanent. Once your account is deleted, you will no longer be able to access your wallet through Dexari.
  • Onchain data remains. While Dexari can delete Dexari-related data, blockchain transactions are permanent and cannot be erased. Your wallet and any past transactions will still exist onchain.
  • Export your private key first (if needed). If you want to use your wallet with another platform, you should export your private key before deleting your account.

How to Delete Your Account

1. Open the Dexari app and log into your account.

2. Navigate to the “Me” tab in the bottom navigation bar.

3. Select “Data & Privacy.”

4. Tap “Delete Account.”

5. Confirm deletion in the pop-up window.

Once confirmed, your account and all associated Dexari data will be permanently removed.
